When requesting your crash report online, you’ll need to pay a minimum of $9.00 for a PDF file of your crash report, and be able to provide the following information:

  • Whether or not the Idaho State Police investigated the crash (if they didn’t investigate the crash, they may not have the report for it, and you might have to contact a different organization to obtain it)
  • The case number of your incident (this information is obtained from the law enforcement officer that reports to the scene of the incident)
  • Crash date
